Tips for Authentic Kofta Kebab
Use lamb for authentic flavour: Lamb is traditional in kofta kebabs and gives a rich, flavourful result, though beef can be used as an alternative.
Grill for extra smokiness: If possible, grill the kebabs over charcoal to give them a smoky flavour that enhances the dish.
Do not overwork the mixture: Overmixing the meat can make the kebabs tough, so mix just enough to combine the ingredients.
Serve with sides: Kofta kebabs pair well with flatbreads, rice, or a refreshing cucumber and tomato salad.
